convincingly by 7 wickets and 7 balls to spare as Muhammad Tanveer ensured they chased the target comfortably . On the other hand, Flying Oryx won their first
match of the league as they completely dominated Pearl Gladiators securing a 9-wicket victory with 14 balls to spare. Skipper Hussain Talat was on an explosive mode and his quickfire innings drove them home. With a victory against Pearl Gladiators in their first match, they have shown what they are capable of. Skipper Hussain Talat made a meal of the chase as he smashed an unbeaten 59 off 28 balls. With a strike rate above 200, he decorated his innings with 8 fours and 3 sixes. He was also economical with the ball as he kept the opposition under check. Wicket Keeper Assad Borham and Opener Valeed Veetil will form the right opening pair to give Oryx the apt start. Bilawal Iqbal was impressive with the ball as he conceded just 4 runs off his quota of 2 overs in their previous match.
Though Naveed Mailk picked up 2 wickets, he was a bit expensive. Harmandeep Singh also bowled with a decent economy rate under six and picked up a wicket.
