Monu Goyat is a professional Kabaddi Player who represents the Indian National Team and U.P Yodha in the Pro Kabaddi League. Goyat was born on 16 October 1992 in Kungar, Bhiwani District, Haryana. He started playing kabaddi at age ten after he was influenced by his uncle. Monu was the Most Expensive purchase for season 6. He won the gold medal in the 2018 Dubai Kabaddi Masters and the bronze medal at the Asian Games 2018. Goyat is currently serving in the Indian Army.

CAREER
 

Monu Goyat Started his Pro Kabaddi League career while playing for Bengal Warriors in season 4. He was one of the main raiders for the Bengal Warriors. Monu scored 59 points in 13 games. He was among the top 15 raiders in the league. In season 5, Patna Pirates bought Monu. He scored 191 raid points in 26 matches. Monu finished as the fourth-highest scoring raider in season 5. He scored 45 in do-or-die situations, making him the second most successful raider in do-or-die raids. Monu helped the team win the 3rd consecutive title. Despite his performance, he was released by the Patna franchise. 

In season 6, Haryana Steelers bought Monu. Making him the most expensive player in the history of the Pro Kabaddi league. He led the franchise in absence of Surendra Nada. Goyat scored 160 raid points in 20 matches. In season 7, U.P Yodha bought Monu. The franchise paid 93 lakhs to get the player. He could not perform as he performed in the previous seasons. Goyat scored 67 raid points in 14 matches.
