Team India for the upcoming T20 World Cup is announced as the selectors met this afternoon to talk on the subject. The BCCI for once is very similar to that announced for the Asia Cup with a more balanced bowling line up.
In the fifteen man squad announced Jasprit Bumrah and Harshal Patel were new inclusions in place of Avesh Khan and Ravindra Jadeja. Axar Patel also finds a place in the squad. B\Left hander Ishan Kishan still was not included along with the likes of Sanju Samson.
The Squad will play under the leadership of Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul as his deputy. Dinesh Karthik and Rishabh Pant are the two wicketkeepers for the side. Rest of the team shapes up like:
