Kolkata Knight Riders had a completely revamped squad ahead of the IPL 2020 Auction. To cover-up that, KKR made the most expensive purchase of this Auction in the form of Pat Cummins for INR 1550L.
Apart from Cummins, KKR invested heavily in Eoin Morgan for INR 525L and Varun Chakravarthy for INR 400L. They also got few more good players like Rahul Tripathi, Tom Banton, and Chris Green.
