After a lot of teams losing their unbeaten streak, Game week 7 of the Premier League is expected to bring us some interesting results in the race for the Premier League title. Let’s take a look at all the fixtures that are taking place this Saturday.
Manchester United vs Everton
The Red Devils take on the toffees in the first game of Matchday 7 in the Premier League. Manchester United is coming off a heist of a victory vs Villareal in the UCL, where Ronaldo got the winner in the 95th minute.
United lost their last game in the premier league vs Aston Villa, as Bruno missed a last-minute penalty, and the club will be looking to make amends.
Everton is on the same points as Man Untied and only one position behind them in fifth. Rafa’s men comfortably beat Norwich 2-0 in their previous game, even without DCL and Richarlison. Man United will be a more difficult task to face without their main attacking threats. The Toffees got an astonishing 3-3 draw in their last season’s fixture at Old Trafford and will be looking to do one better this season.

After conceding their first goal from open play vs Manchester City and dropping three points, Chelsea also lost in the UCL fixture vs Juventus. Tuchel will be expecting his team to bounce back strongly against the Saints.
Southampton is still looking for their first win of the season. They are in 16th position having drawn four of their six games and losing the other two. The Saints are struggling to find the back of the net, only Norwich has scored fewer goals than Southampton, who have 4 goals. Wolves vs Newcastle United
Wolves registered their second victory of the season last weekend, but it was an even bigger occasion as Raul Jiminez got his first goal after coming back from his horrible skull Injury vs Arsenal last season. Bruno Lage’s men are finally looking to click well, and also find the back of the net. New signing Hee-Chan has brought a different dynamic to their attacking play, and the return of Daniel Podence has also boosted the squad.
Newcastle, are not in the relegation zone just due to their goal difference, however, they are in 17th position and still looking for the first victory. They had several chances to win against Watford last week, but bottled all of them and came out with a draw. Burnley vs Norwich
A battle of the bottom two teams. This game can already be categorized as a six-pointer. It’s only been seven weeks, but the loser of the game is going to be in grave danger of getting relegated from the premier league. Both the teams are still looking for their first victory of the season, but they will be cautious in attack as neither of them would want to lose this game.
Burnley has 2 draws out of their six games, and on the other hand, Norwich has lost all six of their games. Dyche and Farke will have their players pumped up for this game as both teams will be looking for these vital three points.

Leeds United hasn’t been the same force to be reckoned with as they were last season. Marcelo Bielsa’s team is in the relegation zone and still looking for their first victory. They will not get a better chance than against newly-promoted Watford.

The Hornets have been impressive, they are in 12th and have got two wins. However, apart from Sarr, Watford lacks quality players, and if Leeds United can play like the old Leeds they should be in the running to register their first victory of the season.

Arteta’s men are coming off a great, confidence-boosting victory in the North London Derby. The gunners ran riot vs Spurs as they beat them 3-1 at the Emirates. They have now put a run together of 3 victories on the bounce and are now in 10th position. If they manage to be Brighton, they will be only one point behind them, and with no European football this season, the Arsenal can place all their concentration on the premier league.
