Timo Werner – Chelsea completed the signing of the winger from the german club RB Leipzig
Xavier Mbuyamba – Chelsea have completed the signing of 18-year-old centre-back Mbuyamba – who has been dubbed the ‘new Virgil van Dijk’. Mbuyamba will join the club’s development squad from Barcelona.
