Wahab Riaz is a Pakistan cricket player representing Pakistan. He was born on 28th of June, 1985 at Pakistan. He was the son of a business man named Muhammad Sikandar Riaz Kasana.

Riaz is a Pakistan cricket player representing Pakistan. Wahab Riaz was born on 28th of June, 1985 at Pakistan. He was the son of a business man named Muhammad Sikandar Riaz Kasana. Wahab was educated in a prestigious college. Riaz was married to Zainab Chaudhary and they have a daughter. He is representing the jersey no 47 for t20s and ODIs.

CAREER OF WAHAB:

He is one of the finest player, who can take wickets consistently. Still there have been times when he took wickets but giving a lot of runs. 2011 was a notable year for him, though he was in the squad as a replacement for Shoaib Akhtar, he performed really well in Pakistan vs India semifinals of the 2011 cricket world cup. After which he had been in the squad for several tours.

23rd June 2020, Riaz was one of seven players from Pakistan’s squad to test positive for COVID-19. 2015 was the year which made ICC to impose a fine on him for his behavior on field. 

In May 2019 he was a part of the Pakistan squad for Cricket World cup. During the tournament he became the Pakistan’s 2nd highest wicket taker in World cup after Imran Khan. Riaz was allocated as a Platinum category player in the 2016 Pakistan Super League player’s draft. October 2020, he was drafted by the Kandy Tuskers for the inaugural edition of the Lanka Premier League.
