Players to Look Out for
1- Sam Billings
Billings played his last T20 Match in September 2020 against Australia. He hasn’t been really good in many of his recent games. In fact, he hasn’t even scored in double digits in five out of the last ten matches he has played. He will surely be looking forward to breaking his low streak by getting a decent score on the board.
2- Sam Curran
The young English player has surprised the world with his talent both with the bat and the ball. He is unpredictable as he always changes the line and length of his deliveries. He has performed exceptionally well in the IPL as well.
3- Dushmantha Chammeera
Chameera’s action is skiddy and the ball can move away from the pitch too. And if it can hit the correct areas against England in the T20I series, it could be a powerful weapon for Sri Lanka.
4- Kusal Perera
He is an exceptional Batsman and is the 4th highest run-scorer of Sri Lanka. He has been wonderful in T20 cricket for Sri Lanka. It will be exciting to watch him on the pitch.
5- Moeen Ali
Moeen Ali is a splendid batsman and has performed exceptionally in the IPL too. He was also dangerously good in the last series against Sri Lanka. He will be a strong pillar in England’s Innings.
