RCB vs RR
It’s the 16th game of the IPL 2021, and the match is RCB vs RR. Royal Challengers Bangalore has completed their leg in Chennai, and they are now moving to the Wankhede in Mumbai to play their second leg. RCB currently has three points under its belt, and Rajasthan Royals has 2 points with one win from three matches.
AB de Villiers and Glenn Maxwell in the middle order have different roles this season. AB is batting at five, and Maxwell at four, which usually is AB’s position. Both of them are very crucial for RCB at this moment. Ab has been batting with a strike rate of close to 190. He scored a half-century in the last match, and that inning was a glorious one. Maxwell, too, has been in a good form. There was a lot of pressure on him before the start of this season because of the huge price tag, but he has delivered so far. He has been in great touch so far and would want to continue this form for the rest of the season.
Jos Buttler is getting back in touch at a steady pace. The early two matches were not the best ones for him, but in the third match, he got back into his rhythm. Sanju Samson got off to a fantastic start with a century in the first match, but after that, his form has fizzled out. He is the captain of Rajasthan, and the team expects that their leader takes charge from the front. He needs to focus more on the game and play his natural game.
Toss and Pitch Conditions
The match is at the Wankhede, and we can expect a high-scoring game. Both the teams have the power to score big runs, and the team winning the toss would want to bowl first.
