Kohli by and by repeated that he would need to remain at Royal Challengers Bangalore as a player till the time he resigns from the IPL. The India skipper said dedication matters to him more than whatever else and he can’t see himself playing for one more franchise in the wake of having gone through every one of the 14 years of IPL in Bangalore.

“Yes definitely, I don’t see myself playing anywhere else. Loyalty matters more to me than worldly pleasures. I would be in the RCB till the last day I play in the IPL,” Kohli added.

Over the last 11 years, Kohli led RCB in 140 matches. He won 66 and lost 70 as the skipper of the much-followed franchise. With the bat, Kohli hardly let RCB down as he hit 4871 runs, including 5 hundreds, in 139 innings.
