Zimbabwe Tour of Afghanistan – 2nd T20I | Match Preview
Afghanistan vs Zimbabwe is going to be a three match series, which is being led by Afghanistan at the moment 1-0.
In the first match, Zimbabwe won the toss and opted to ball first. Afghanistan while coming out to bat first saw a ravishing innings from Rahmanullah Gurbaz. The 19 year old touched his highest score so far, 87 runs off 45 balls.
The Captain Asghar Afghan also made his contributions to the team’s total with his half century, at the end of 20 overs, Afghanistan had 198 runs on the board.
Now, Zimbabwe needed 199 in 20 overs to win the match. Tinashe Kamunhukamwe scored 44 runs but was sent back to the pavilion by one and only Rashid Khan.
Rashid Khan was once again successful in getting the wickets of three batsmen from Zimbabwe’s side.

Moving forward in the series, the 2nd T20I is set to be played on 19th March, 2021 in the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi at 3:30PM (IST)
