NZ vs BAN 2nd ODI, Pre-match review:-

We have created a pre-match review for NZ vs BAN 2nd ODI. The match will be played on Tuesday, March 23 at 6:30 AM (IST). The venue for the NZ vs BAN 2nd ODI is the Hagley Oval, Christchurch (New Zealand).

New Zealand Team:-

The New Zealand cricket team will be led by Tom Latham as the captain. The home side has defeated Bangladesh in the 1st ODI by 8 wickets. They chased down a total of 132 runs in 21.2 overs by losing only 2 wickets. The New Zealand team is ruling the One-day series by 1-0 and wants to continue their winning streak.

Trent Boult was the player of the match for the 1st ODI by taking 4 wickets for 27 runs. Henry Nicholls also played a good knock of 49*(53) and manage the team to get a victory.

New Zealand Probable XI:-

Martin Guptill, Henry Nicholls, Devon Conway, Will Young, Tom Latham (c & wk), James Neesham, Daryl Mitchell, Mitchell Santner, Kyle Jamieson, Matt Henry, Trent Boult.

Bangladesh Team:-

The Bangladesh cricket will be led by Tamim Iqbal as the captain. The team has lost the last match against the host side of New Zealand. Nobody in the team was able to convert their good start into a decent inning.

But, this is an experienced side. They are going to show a comeback in the 2nd ODI and will give a tough challenge to the host side

Bangladesh Probable XI:-

Tamim Iqbal (c), Liton Das, Soumya Sarkar, Mushfiqur Rahim (wk), Mohammad Mithun, Mahmudullah, Mehidy Hasan, Mahedi Hasan, Taskin Ahmed, Hasan Mahmud, Mustafizur Rahman.

Pitch report of Hagley Oval:-

The pitches in New Zealand are pretty fast and show support to seamers. Swing on the pitch is sure from both ends. The captain winning the toss should opt to bowl first. Restrict the opposition on a lower total and chase it smoothly.

Both the team have shown some really good cricket in the past time and the same performance is expected from them in the NZ vs BAN 2nd ODI. Bangladesh will try to level the series by 1-1 and on the other side, New Zealand will have eyes for 2-0. Ultimately, a good game of cricket is expected from both sides.
