Fan punches Jack Grealish - Grealish scores the winner

Jack Grealish has earned a first senior England call-up for the Nations League clashes with Iceland and Denmark, while Marcus Rashford and Harry Winks have withdrawn from the squad.

Grealish is set to join the squad with the Football Association set to release a statement following the confirmation.

The 24-year-old was not initially called up when Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate announced his squad ahead of the UEFA Nations League fixtures against Iceland and Denmark.

Grealish represented England at under-21 level and played in Southgate’s 2016 Toulon Tournament-winning squad.

Grealish could be potentially in his first England shirt and it has taken five years to reach this point after he pledged his allegiance over the Republic of Ireland.

Southgate also called-up uncapped Wolves defender Conor Coady and versatile Arsenal’s versatile 23-year-old Ainsley Maitland-Niles at the weekend.
