2013-2015In 2013, he joined League one club notts county on a youth loan until January ,2014. He made his professional debut by defecting Milton Keynes DONS as a substitution of David Bell. In 2014, Grealish played in the Hong Kong Soccer Sevens, and finish as a top scorer with six goals He started his carrier in an FA Cup third round tie on 4 January against Blackpool Then on 7th April he started his carrier by playing in the Premier  League by Aston Villa .on 30 May he played the entire Fa club final at the Wembley stadium as villa lost by 4-0 to Arsenal.  In 2015 he was warned by the Aston Villa as some newspaper published his picture in hailing nitrous oxide of recreational purpose.
2016-2019on 7 January,2016 ,aston villa had rejected an enquiry to take Grealish on loan.Villa finished in the last position in premier league .Grealish played 16 matches but all the matches they lost . in September he was suspended from the club because of violation. on 2019 he was assaulted by pitch invader during the Darbi match ,later on he helped his team to won the the match by giving one goals against he other team. He captained the team from march onwards a period which saw them amass a club record 10 league wins in a row. Grealish first goal came in 2019-20 season came into the second round against Crewe Alexandra.
2020- presentdue to covid situation matces are cancelled . Grealish was fouled 167 times across the 2019–20 Premier League season; this was the most fouls won by a player in a single Premier League campaign, with Grealish passing the record with over eight matches remaining in the season. He scored on the final day, as Aston Villa clinched survival in the Premier League thanks to a 1–1 draw against West Ham United, as their relegation rivals Watford lost 3–2 to Arsenal.
